First they will have to join SportingConnections as a normal user. Once they have joined they can either:

• Find your profile and look under your "My teams" area for the list of teams you own and click on the hyperlink for your team
  

OR

• you need to tell them the name of your team and they can go to the "Teams" page and do a search for it.
  

Once they are on your team page need to click the "Join Team" link that will send the owner of the team an email requesting access.

The owner of the team then has the option to accept or deny you access to their team.
