2010 is the inaugural year for this incredibly beautiful event using the streets through the quaint village of Volcano, just outside of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. The 5K and 10K participants will be running through the lush native rain forest with the 1/2 Marathon continuing on into the upper ranch lands and forests surrounding the village with views of the stunning majestic Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa Volcanoes in the distance. All three runs are out and back courses with the Start/Finish at Cooper Center on Wright Road.
